Welcome to Might Lawn Care (“Might Lawn Care”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms &

Conditions govern the use of our website and the lawn care, landscaping, and outdoor services

we provide.

By requesting a quote, scheduling service, approving an estimate, making a payment, or using

our website, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Might Lawn Care provides residential and commercial outdoor services throughout the Quad

Cities area, including but not limited to:

 

• • Weekly lawn mowing

• • Lawn fertilization and weed control

• • Landscape design and installation

• • Mulch, decorative rock, soil, and edging

• • Seasonal cleanups

• • Shrub and landscape maintenance

• • Snow and ice management

• • Other services described in an approved estimate

The exact services, pricing, frequency, and scope of work will be outlined in your approved

quote or service agreement.

Estimates & Quotes

Many mowing and fertilization estimates can be prepared using aerial imagery, satellite

measurements, property information, and Google Maps without requiring an on-site visit.

For larger landscaping projects or properties requiring additional evaluation, an on-site

consultation may be necessary.

If actual site conditions differ from what could reasonably be seen during the estimating

process—including fences, steep slopes, excessive trimming, overgrown areas, drainage

concerns, hidden obstacles, or additional work—the estimate may be revised before work

begins.

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling & Weather

Recurring mowing services are generally scheduled by route and are performed weekly during

the growing season, typically April through October.

Because our work is weather dependent, service dates may occasionally change due to:

 

• • Heavy rain

• • Lightning

• • Excessive heat

• • Equipment breakdowns

• • Staffing availability

• • Holidays

• • Unsafe working conditions

If weather delays occur, customers will remain on their scheduled route and service will be

completed as soon as conditions safely allow.

Whenever possible, we will notify customers of significant schedule changes.

Recurring Lawn Service

Customers enrolled in recurring lawn maintenance will receive service according to their

scheduled route.

Route days may occasionally shift because of weather or operational needs.

Seasonal services begin and end based on weather conditions and grass growth.

Customers wishing to cancel recurring service should notify us before their next scheduled visit.

Landscape Projects

Landscape projects may include planting, mulch installation, decorative rock, edging, drainage

improvements, or other outdoor improvements.

Project timelines may change due to:

• • Weather

• • Material availability

• • Site conditions

• • Customer-requested changes

Additional work requested after project approval may require a revised estimate.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• • Provide safe access to the property.

• • Unlock gates when necessary.

• • Remove toys, hoses, lawn furniture, and pet waste before service.

• • Clearly identify irrigation systems, invisible fences, underground utilities, landscape

lighting, and other hidden hazards.

 

• • Keep children and pets away from active work areas.

Might Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to hidden or improperly marked underground

items.

Payments

Recurring mowing customers are generally invoiced monthly for services completed during the

previous month.

Landscape projects may require deposits before work begins.

Payment terms are shown on each invoice.

Invoices may be paid online using approved payment methods or any other payment methods

accepted by Might Lawn Care.

Late payments may delay future service.

Automatic Payments

Customers choosing automatic payments authorize Might Lawn Care and its payment

processor to charge the selected payment method for approved invoices.

Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current.

Cancellations

__________________________________________________________________________________________

One-time services should be cancelled as soon as possible.

Landscape project deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

Recurring services may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled visit.

Property Damage

__________________________________________________________________________________________

While every effort is made to protect your property, Might Lawn Care is not responsible for

damage resulting from:

Invisible fences

__________________________________________________________________________________________

 

• • Hidden irrigation systems

• • Unmarked utility lines

• • Landscape lighting

• • Buried cables

• • Existing property defects

• • Objects left in work areas

Any concerns should be reported promptly after service.

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications

related to your account, including:
